More than 300 swabs were taken on Friday, after 70 tests were conducted on Thursday afternoon.
East Grampians Health Service will move its COVID-19 swab testing clinic to Alexandra Oval this Saturday and Sunday (October 2-3).
Ararat Rural City Council is assisting EGHS with the clinic through provision of the site and logistics.
The clinic will be drive through with no appointments necessary.
Entry is via Hyde Street (entrance off Lowe Street) and exit via Waratah Street. The clinic will be open from 8.30am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday.
"We are encouraging everyone who attended any of the exposure sites listed on the Department of Health website, or anyone who has any symptoms, no matter how mild, to take advantage of the swab clinic at Alexandra Oval this weekend," interim chief executive Peter Armstrong said.

On Thursday it was also reported there was undetected COVID-19 traces found in Ararat's wastewater.
