The 2021 season will be the first with the C Reserve division after it was proposed for the 2020 season.
League netball director Toni Stewart confirmed all grades would go ahead with only Nhill unable to field an under-17 side and Ararat, Southern Mallee Giants and the Horsham Demons unable to field a C Reserve team.
Despite the challenges of 2020, Stewart said the league was ready to go for round one with almost all clubs fielding a C Reserve team.
"This year has been all about participation and getting people back into netball," she said.

"I think a lot of clubs have a had a lot of numbers and other clubs haven't had as many numbers, but they have really tried to get people up and going so they can field teams for this year.
"We are just looking forward to a nice run of games and we are just looking forward to getting some games happening."
Stewart said the C Reserve competition was an important inclusion into the competition because it provided a space for players of all ages to get on the court.
OTHER NEWS:
"The C Reserve is great because it does give juniors a go and a couple of the clubs have some extra players in the under-17 so it does help with that over flow," she said.
"And you also have some other players who have been out of netball for a while.
"They have been working away or they can't get home for training and all those sorts of things, so it is giving those extra 50-odd players a week access to having some netball game time."
Action in the Wimmera Football Netball League will kick-off on Good Friday with the big clash between the Ararat Rats and Stawell Warriors at Alexandra Oval in Ararat.
