The team was not at full strength in the previous two games, which A grade coach Taylor Mason said at the time cost them dearly.
The side didn't have 500-game stalwart Megan Shea or Krystal Fisher.
"We do welcome both of them back," Mason said.
The two sides clashed in round two, and Mason said she will take the outcome of that game on board when training this week.
"Now being half way through the season, we know how everyone plays and we are now able to train to that, so I definitely think at training we'll focus on picking out the pieces of Warrack's game that we can work on," Mason said.
"Again, consistency will be key."
Recalling that round two match, the Rats only won by a single goal.
"We had a strong lead in the fourth quarter and they pegged back," she said.
"Hindsight is a beautiful thing so after the game we played in round two we were able to think about where we went wrong and what we could have utilized earlier in the game."
There were other considerations ahead of the Warrack game as well.
"It's always quite physical," Mason said. "It's definitely tiring - you're always on your toes and it's a really fast paced game. Hopefully on Saturday we can slow that down and try and play our game a little more."
However the side will be missing Kate Bligh after she did her knee last round.
"We are still waiting for the results there but at this stage she'll be out this weekend," Mason said. "Hopefully she'll be back after that."
Raquel Scott will also be absent.
"We'll still be able to play the game I know we could, regardless of who we've got on the court," Mason said.
