Horsham Saint Maggie Caris and Ararat's Isabella Simmons and Ella Wood have been selected in the 29-strong squad.
The trio have been three of the star contributors this season for the Greater Western Victoria Rebels.
Wood said playing with Victoria Country was a good opportunity to impress scouts ahead of the AFLW draft.
"I was selected in the side last year but didn't make the final squad because I had a shoulder injury, so it's good to get another chance," Wood said.
"I'll hopefully I can do well with the Vic Country selection and show what I can do."
Victoria Country will kick-off their carnival campaign against Victoria Metro in Weribee on Saturday June 22.
The girls will then travel to the Gold Coast for three games against Queensland, Western Australia and the Eastern Allies (New South Wales and Tasmania) on July 8-11.
