Ararat will be out to build on its good performance against Horsham when the Rats host Nhill on Saturday.

The home team is sitting in fourth position and will go into the match as heavy favourites against the Tigers who have won just the one game for the season.

Rats coach Donna Spalding is on holidays and will miss the match but the team has shown their experience in recent games on the court.

Krystal Fisher and Rebecca Skrabl have shared the defensive duties for the Rats recently and will be out to make it tough for the Nhill shooters.

Both teams have agreed to slightly adjust the start times for the senior games with the A Grade match set for a 2.30pm start at Ararat’s Alexandra Oval.

The B Grade game will start at 1.15pm with C Grade getting underway at noon.
