A lot of hard work has gone in to securing these new employees who have become a very welcome addition to the AME Systems workforce.
The Pacific Labour Scheme allows people from Pacific Island countries to work in rural and regional Australia for up to three years to help address workforce shortages.
The new employees arrived in Australia on July 10, heading straight into quarantine in Melbourne, before arriving in Ararat on July 24.
AME Systems Managing Director Nick Carthew said he wanted to thank the entire community for getting behind the group during this process.
"My family is very grateful to be able to maintain AME Systems in Ararat," he said.

All new employees have now transitioned into their assigned areas within the business.
Current employees have learnt that family, community, singing, dancing and religious worship are very important to the Pacific Islanders and AME Systems is excited to welcome their culture and happy smiling faces.
Although the new employees are still getting used to the cold weather, everyone is extremely positive and embracing the Australian experience.
Now lockdown is coming to an end the Samoans have started to venture out into the community, shopping, dining out and learning what to do around the region; they are especially keen to get involved in community sport.
