Melbourne-based design company Tapir Design and Planning Pty Ltd have created a detailed design and assessment of the application for the units.
As part of this document they said the the existing single-story dwelling is to be removed, with all four new dwellings to cater to a variety of people.
The units are to be designed as "an opportunity for a family, professional people, or downsizers to access a well-designed home in an area close to amenities".
"This proposal is providing for many different groups in the community that have issues accessing housing," they said.
"Providing four family homes with a total additional eleven bedrooms and flexible internal spaces, this proposal is ideal for large and multi-generational families.
"The development provides adequate access, infrastructure, open spaces, and amenities and is located on a site specifically deemed by council to be appropriate for an increase in density."
The application is in the advertising phase and the Responsible Authority will not decide on the application before August 10 2021.
