Caz Walsh, from Red Canvas Productions, will be one of the performers running the show said the event is "all sold out".
"Originally our capacity was 200 people but now the Ararat Rural City Council has allowed us to up it to 500 people.
"The remaining tickets were snapped up in a day, I wish more people could come."
Ms Walsh said it was a "better result" the show was forced to be postponed due to COVID-19 restrictions.
"The weather will be nicer and there will be more people around so it is a great result for all," she said.
"It will be under the summer skies rather than the stars."
