The Navarre A Grade netball side have broken a 21 round losing streak with a narrow five goal win over Lexton.

The club hosted its first home game for 20 months and was treated to some junior wins and a drought-breaker in the netball.
The A Grade netball won their first game since Round 12 in 2018, 1,008 days ago.
The Grasshoppers held on to win 42-37 with Bek Seeary Pye and Jacana Gordon in the best players.
"There was very good pressure throughout the court," the club said.
"Great connections and we worked the ball down the court well.

"Our attack was very consistent and there was some great shooting with getting rebounds when necessary.
"Our defence was strong in a tough well, fought game for a nice win."
The under-11 girls netball also won, with a score of 7-1.
"We had some wonderful passages of play. The smiles on their faces was brilliant to see", they said.
Football also returned to Navarre on Saturday with the senior game starting at a fast pace.
New recruit Joel Budarick streamed through half-forward to kick the games' first goal, energy levels were high.

However, Lexton steadied and after an even first quarter the visitors took an eight point lead into the first break.
Kicking with a slight breeze to start the second quarter, Navarre couldn't take advantage of multiple forward entries and it was the Tigers who progressively started to kick away, working to a 39-point half-time buffer.
After the main break it was again Lexton who seized the initiative, quickly putting the game beyond doubt on route to an eventual 84-point win.
Sam Kaye battled tirelessly for Navarre in the midfield, as did Billy Parry in defence under heavy pressure.
Debutants Joel Budarick and Brock Reynolds also played well in their first game in Navarre colours.
The Grasshoppers head to Avoca on Saturday, with an eye on continuing their improvement against a Bulldogs side who are also looking for their first win of the season.
