The Jamarra Ugle-Hagan Youth Leadership Initiative will give mentorship and leadership training to young Eastern Marr and other First Nation people in Victoria's south west.
Mr Ugle-Hagan is from Framlingham and wanted to give back to his community.
"As a Gunditjmara man, giving back to my community and family that helped me achieve success is important and is a value I share and a privilege I embrace to help assist your mob's future," he said.

The 18 year old is the second Aboriginal number one draft pick in the sports history. The first being Des Headland in 1998.
The leadership program is run by Kirrae Aboriginal Health Service, Eastern Maar Aboriginal Cooperation and the Framlingham Aboriginal Trust.
$180,000 has been invested to set up the initiative, which was provided by the fourth round of the $10 million COVID-19 Aboriginal Community Response and Recovery Fund allocations.
Mr Ugle-Hagan's new team, the Western Bulldogs, will also provide support by hosting future participants and providing match day experiences. This will include the Sir Doug Nicholls Round, the AFL's annual round recognising and celebrating Indigenous players and culture.
