Premier Daniel Andrews announced this morning that there were no new cases of COVID-19 reported in regional Victoria.
There are currently 85 active cases in regional local government areas.
In regional Victoria, the average 14-day daily caseload needs to drop below five in order to advance to the 'third step'.
Today's daily case average number is 4.9.

The regions must also last 14 days without a mystery case in order to advance to the third step.
The government has not released any data on mystery cases in regional Victoria as yet.
