The club has continued to offer archers young and old the chance to draw their bows during the COVID-19 pandemic, with relevant hygiene and social distancing measures in place.
The club was formed in the late 1960s, with nationally accredited coach Doug Devlin offering more than 40 years of experience and knowledge to its members.
Devlin has a highlighted career in the sport, with both national and state titles to his name.

The club was born in Ararat, before moving base to Great Western two decades ago to capture a wider range of members and offer a meeting point for both Stawell and Ararat competitors.
It created history by becoming the first Victorian club to offer shade to its shooters.
Ararat and Stawell Archery Club members are a mix of men and women of all ages.
The club meets every Sunday at 10am at the Great Western complex.
