Landsborough were at home to the visiting Lake Bolac for the final round of the home and away season. The Lake Bolac side was hoping to keep their chances of playing finals alive and bowled well to record a comprehensive win. Jon Park was the biggest winner on the day, up by 25 shots.

The result put a lot of pressure on Chally to perform at Aradale in order to keep its position in the top four and perform they did, winning all three rinks and securing fourth position. Tony Carra was the biggest winner, up by nine shots.
Stawell Golf gave Ararat a bowling lesson with a 63-shot win. Greg Reading and Gary Blackman kept their opposition to just eight shots.
In the last game, and the preview for next week's qualifying final, Stawell and VRI had a draw, 66 shots a piece. Grant Seeary was the best for Stawell with a 11-shot win and Mark Griffits was the best for VRI with a 10-shot victory.
Ladder positions mean Stawell will play VRI to see who will go straight into the grand final, with the loser to face either Chally or Golf - both in great form coming into the finals.
DIVISION 2
Ararat Gold finished off the year with a good home win over Stawell Golf Blue by six shots.
David Mitchell was the best performed skipper with a 16-shot victory.
Bottom of the ladder Lake Bolac Red managed to get a win over the visiting Ararat Green side by just two shots.
All three rinks were decided by less than a handful of shots.
The two Stawell teams went head to head and it was the Blue side who got the points.
Rita Pyke was the main difference between the two sides with a come from behind win to get up by 22 shots. Both will play in next week's finals.
Lake Bolac Black needed to win their last match to keep second position on the ladder.
They did it in style with a great win over Stawell Golf Gold. G Peacock was best for Bolac with a 20-shot win.
In the last match, Ararat VRI had three close matches against Aradale but failed to win a rink. F Vernon was the best for Aradale with a nine-shot victory.
Next week, Stawell Gold will play Lake Bolac Black for a position in the grand final, while the loser will tackle either Stawell Golf Gold or Stawell Blue in the preliminary final.
