A Grade coach Krystal Browne said it will create a collaborative approach that will strengthen the team.
"We have decided to appoint a senior coaching panel this year so that we can share the responsibility and ideas," she said.
"I expect having the two people and having the panel will help us manage when people are away, or just with training and the pre-season schedule, and we can have a bit more of a collaborative effort.
"We all work really well together and have known each other a few seasons now. The girls are all known among the players and respected."

The club has taken the two coach to a team approach before.
"I think it works really well," Browne said. "It just depends on who is available and willing ... but I think in this day and age it is a two person job, just to have that support in each other on and off the court.
Browne will coach A grade along with Trish Martin.
"We've got Shae Hannett and Brit Tannock doing B grade, and they've played together for quite a while and know each other really well," Brown said.
Caitlyn Baird and Bec Seeary will coach C grade.
"Again, they've played together and know each other really well," Browne said. The club welcomes back some familiar faces to its 2020 playing list.
"We welcome back Sadie Slorach this year, which is great for the club. She grew up in Navarre," Browne said.
"She's very handy, she's quick and agile. We've got Jacana Gordon returning.
"She was away a lot last year but she's an incredible player, beautiful in defence, so we're really looking forward to having her back."
