POLICE are searching for missing Serpentine man Ian Whinfield, 82, after he was last seen in Lake Bolac on Christmas day.
The family notified police on December 26 after Ian did not return home from Lake Bolac on the previous day.
A search commenced and Ian's red Nissan ute was located on Emery Track, Glenpatrick on Friday afternoon.
Police have released an image of Ian in the hope someone can provide more information on his whereabouts.
He was last seen wearing green pants, a green shirt, a cap and brown shoes.
Anyone who sights Ian or has any information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Avoca Police Station on 03 5465 3300.
