Going into the 2020 season, former football operations manager and 2019 Reserves coach Matthew Delzotto will take a new role, a co-assistant coach under the announced senior coach, Will Bell.
Joining the club in 2020, Damon Folkes is named as the other co-assistant.
Delzotto said he was looking forward to the new challenge at the club.
"It's been a good few years to help build the senior squad," he said. "Being in the position I was in, and the role I played, it makes the move from Reserves co-coach to Senior co-assistant coach more comfortable.
"I haven't necessarily been at the club as a player for some time but I've still been able to gain the respect of the playing group as they are aware of the role I have played over the past few years."
Delzotto said he was thankful the club had allowed him to develop and grow his skills in areas he identified was his passion.
"Damon is a developing coach and has coaching aspirations," he said.
"For both of us to be able to learn under someone like Will is fantastic.
"On game day - Damon will need to be concentrating on what he is doing on the ground rather than concentrating too much on coaching.
"There won't be too much pressure on him in that area. This will allow him to be able to watch and see and enjoy playing football."
Delzotto said he had stood down from his football operations manager to focus on the senior team.
Dale Hurley has stepped in to fill the role and said he was looking forward to bringing his experience back to the club.
"I stepped away from the club for a few years a couple of years ago and looked at football more generally," he said. "I think in some capacity it allowed me to fall back in love with the game and have a look at some different setups - and not be stuck in the Great Western bubble so to speak.
"I've always been involved at committee level except for my time away. I took on my first role when I was 17."
