A woman has been airlifted to Melbourne following a dangerous incident along the Pyrenees Highway.
Emergency services were called to the incident in between Avoca and Bung Bong around 10.45pm on Tuesday evening following reports of a tractor rollover.
CFA units as far as Ballarat City were called to the crash to assist the high angle rescue, however the woman was able to be freed while the Ballarat City unit was in transit.
The woman was assessed at the scene before being airlifted to the Royal Melbourne Hospital with upper body injuries in a stable condition.
The cause of the incident remains unclear.
