The senior Warriors football team also goes into the game in good form, with their last match a season-defining win over reigning premiers Horsham.
"Horsham was obviously a hard hit out and some of the boys were a bit stiff so it was good to have the week off," Stawell coach Damian Joiner said.
"We only had Tom Taurau play interleague and he pulled up fine so everyone is fresh and raring to go."
The Burras are arguably the top team of the competition at the moment, undefeated after their first three matches.
"They have started off really well so it will be another good test for us," he said.
Joiner said starting well after the week off is key.
"We have just got to make sure we keep that momentum from the Horsham game. We need to start strong in each quarter and make sure we don't come out lazy," he said.
The day holds some extra special meaning for the home side, hosting its annual President Luncheon.
"It is a great day for the club - to have life members, past players and all sponsors upstairs will be great," Joiner said.
"The lunch is sold out already so there should be a bit of a bigger crowd around."
Collingwood premiership player Dane Swan is the special guest at the function.
Stawell's A Grade netball side has an equally tough match, with the Burras also undefeated in the top flight competition.
Interleague shooter Kirby Knight will present challenges Stawell will have to plan around.
"It is going to be quite tough, we will need to back each other well and take advantage of any intercepts that come our way," A Grade co-coach Toni Stewart said.
"We really need to cut it off before it gets to Kirby because she is a quality shooter."
