Volunteers are collecting donations and fundraising for the Royal Children's Hospital at the Horsham traffic signals.
Initiated by the Horsham Fire Brigade, volunteers have taken to the streets spreading the Easter spirit.
Volunteers can be seen at the intersection of Wilson and Firebrace streets rattling their donation cans, cheering the commuters with their dance moves and music.
Horsham firetrucks are also driving around the town ringing sirens for the fundraiser.
