Nearly $10,000 was raised for East Grampians Health Service’s Murray to Moyne teams on Friday night.
283 people attended a night of entertainment from Orange Whip and local vocalist Charlotte Harwood at J Ward.
A barbecue and raffle held raise $9570, moving the teams closer to the their fundraising target of $15,000.
The teams return to the cycling fundraiser this year, keeping East Grampians Health Service’s commitment going for more than 25 years.
This year they are raising funds to replace the treatment chairs in the Dialysis Unit.
More fundraisers will be held in the lead up to the ride, with the next major fundraiser a trivia night on March 15.
