Aradale will need a win and get all the rinks at Landsborough to stay alive in the race to play finals. Aradale is 1½ games out of the four and will also need other results to go their way.
Stawell Golf can move up to second on the ladder with a win over Ararat at Stawell Golf; a loss and they will be in trouble with a match at Challly in the last round.
In the match of the round, Stawell will host VRI in a top versus second clash. The winner will lock in a top-two position, while the loser could drop to fourth and be in danger of missing the finals.
In the last match, Lake Bolac will travel to the tricky Chalambar green and need to win to have any chance of finals. A loss for Chally would also be dangerous to their position, with a game against Golf in the last round. It could open the door for the chasing pack.
DIVISION 2
Aradale will host Stawell Blue in an important match. Stawell Blue are only 10 points ahead of the Aradale and need to at least win a rink to stay above the Aradale side. A loss for Aradale will end their finals run.
Ararat Green have been performing well over the last few weeks, now sitting two points outside the top four.
A win over Stawell Golf Gold this week at home will push their chances of playing finals a long way.
In another danger game, Ararat VRI will travel to Lake Bolac to play the Red side. VRI need to win to stay in the top four. Even though Red are on the bottom of the ladder at home, they are much more competitive.
Stawell Golf Blue will be home against the second-placed Ararat Gold side in a match that Ararat need to win to stay in the top two position. A loss will open the door for Stawell Blue and VRI to get a shot at the double chance.
In the last match, Lake Bolac Black will host top side Stawell Gold. Gold is safely in the top two and will look at this as a training run.
