Tribe has a score of 143, two better than reigning champion Michael Harricks. Robert Harricks led the way in the second round, scoring a scratch of 72.
Stuart Muller finished as the A Grade runner up from Saturday’s round, scoring 73 scratch.
The B Grade race changed complex with Max Chamings improving with a round of 79 this week to share the lead with front runner Ken “Dookie” Hurnall, both on 165.
The C Grade race is now between Tim Philip and Steve Hunt sitting on 180 and 181 respectively.
Hunt kept his chances alive with a scratch score of 92 on Saturday.
The club putting competition which ran from January to April was won by Hurnall with 80 putts from Steve O’Connell with 81.
The championships will wrap up this weekend, with members not in the championships still welcome to enter the the regular Saturday competition on the day.
