Showcasing the magnificent wines of the Pyrenees region, delightful local produce, live music and free kids activities, the festival will take place along the banks of the Avoca River between 11am and 5pm.
It’ll be a day for singles, couples and the whole family to enjoy.
Wines by the glass will be the order of the day, featuring local Pyrenees wineries such as Summerfield, Dalwhinnie, Amherst and St Ignatius.
There will be an opportunity for festival goers to choose their favourite Cabernet Sauvignon in the People’s Choice Award.
Don’t miss the chance to pick up rare release wines at the wine auction to be held at the festival in the afternoon.
For those who are keen to try an alternative to wine, other beverages on offer will be 321 Cider, Red Duck Beer and Gin by the Kilderkin Distillery.
The regional food producers at the festival will include Cafe Sidra — Cheese and Cider, The Forge — Wood Fired Pizza, Gypsy's Lunchbox — Burgers, Sliders and Loaded Fries, Not Just Spuds — Roast Spuds & Rolls, Pyrenees Premium Cuts — Gourmet Sausages and Smallgoods.
Masterclasses will provide attendees with the opportunity to learn and try on topics including Sparkling Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, European Styled Wines, Mulled Wine and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Spaces are limited to 20 people per Masterclass and are only $15 per adult (plus booking fee) via Ballarat Tickets.
Live music will keep the mood abuzz with fabulous acts on the festival stage playing throughout the day. “Butterfunked” are a 9 piece soul and funk band from Ballarat featuring two female lead vocalists.
Their style branches off into alt-country, indie folk and blues.
Anna Wright is an 18 year old singer songwriter and Peggy Hills is known for her melodious stories and re-imagined classics.
Free activities will keep the kids engaged.
A free kids marquee will be offered to inspire children to create artwork with natural materials, encouraging a connection with our natural surrounds.
Munash Organics will complement this offering with their mini fairy garden allowing children to decorate their own pot and plant a special seedling.

Tickets will also be offered on the day of the event for $25 per adult. Entry for children is by gold coin donation.
