Tim O’Connor top scored for Pomonal with 28 runs to lead his team to 7-135 from 45 overs.
Four other batters made 10 runs or more but no others made more than 24 runs.
Aradale bowler Ahmed Razza was the best of the bowlers and finished with figures of 3/19 from nine overs.
Aradale struggled with its run chase thanks to some tight bowling from Pomonal’s opening bowling combination of Matthew Grinham and Lee Oliver.
Both claimed four wickets each during their spells with the new ball.
Middle order batsman Matthew Stasse top scored for Aradale with 15 runs.
Cooper Heard was the only other batsman to make double figures in a tough day at the office for the Aradale team.
O’Connor also chimed in with the bowl to take the remaining two wickets for Pomonal.
