Horsham Demons coach Pauline Butler said she was extremely proud of how the girls had come together during the season.
“As a coach your goal is always to make finals,” she said.
“To make a grand final is just brilliant.”
Butler said her side had various levels of experience but notes that it was a new ball game and anything could happen.
During the season, the Demons had come out on top each time the sides played the Saints, but each game had been hotly contested.
Horsham Saints coach Helen Wills said her side’s preparations had gone well.
“If we play our A game we will be a good chance,” she said.
“We’ll need to work together and play our game.
“It will be about not letting the Demons dictate to us.”
Wills said her team was a talented bunch.
“I am proud of what they’ve achieved already,” she said.
“They’ve just got to go out on the day. They’ve just got to do it.
“But mainly I want them to have fun.”
