Sixty-five participated in the club’s shotgun competition at the unique Minga Range. The shoot was 75 targets of varying complexity, requiring great concentration and skill to make consistent hits.
Andrew Tink took home the high gun award while the evergreen Jim Sawyer claimed AA honours. Peter Chace also proved solid, finishing third in A grade.
Paul Hogan finished on top in B grade from John Osborne, while third place went to Michael Walls. Libby White was ladies’ winner. The next shoot is Sunday, October 18 from 10am.
