Around 95 year 10 students took part in the program over two days.
Organised by science teacher Nathan Baker, students gained hands on experience on how to use speed detection devices and gained an understanding on how radar works.
Police were also able to answer students' questions which ranged from road safety, general traffic law and policing as a career.
Over the two days, students also learnt about the different forms of police transport, with Sergeant Rod Davis and Leading Senior Constable Shaun Allen bringing along two highway patrol cars, while Sergeant Paul Russell from Halls Gap Police and Senior Constable Grant Healey from Elmhurst Police brought along the police four wheel drives and they were able to talk about police vehicles and how they relate to work carried out in remote areas such as the Grampians National Park.
