Restoration work took a number of weeks for the two main windows from the old Commercial Banking Company of Sydney.
This building stood for many years in Barkly Street and the site is now occupied by the National Australia Bank.
Many layers of paint had to be removed and a few of the missing scroll decorations needed to be moulded and fit in place, while new weights for the sash windows will also have to be manufactured and fit.
Visitors to the Langi Morgala Museum are now appreciating the hard work of the volunteers and have admired the restored windows.
