The club is fresh off a runners-up finish in last Summer's Ararat and District Tennis Association competition.
President Nick Oliver said the club was "looking forward" to playing weekly tennis again once the restriction is lifted.
"We are looking forward to getting back to some normality with playing weekly tennis," he said.
"We are also looking at doing Friday night social tennis throughout the whole year.
"The last two seasons we have had to cancel because of restrictions.
"We haven't had a full season of tennis with no interruptions for two years now."
OTHER NEWS:
Oliver revealed the club is hosting social tennis on Wednesday nights for residents who want to keep active until restrictions are eased to allow for competition.
"We are just going with social tennis on a Wednesday night at the moment until restrictions lift," he said.
"We have got about a dozen of our regular die-hard tennis people in town which is really good.
"All we ask is a gold coin donation to cover a bit of everything because we open up and turn the lights on.
"We just had some upgrades done to our facilities including getting some new lights so night tennis is lots of fun."

Oliver said the club was hopeful of an October 20 return to competition.
"Hopefully we can get our Summer competition up and running which will be good," he said.
"Wednesdays at the moment are our competition night, we normally have 10 teams of four but obviously due to restrictions we have had to scale it back.
"Each term we run a Wednesday night competition.
"We get between 40 to 50 people on a Wednesday night which is really good, all the teams have their own sponsor who sponsor the club.
"They all play off and then we unofficially crown our champions at the end of each term."
Oliver said the club decided to invest in the juniors moving forward.
"We want to do a lot with the juniors," he said.
"Once restrictions are lifted, we will get our tennis for teens back, we will be encouraging teenagers to come down and get involved and play some tennis.
"We are looking forward to doing things in the future like hot shots for the real junior kids."
