Pinnacle Inc has maintained a construction line at AME Systems for decades, so when AME asked if they could step up it was an easy decision.
Pinnacle's Mick Driscoll said the proposal benefited both Pinnacle and AME Systems.
"We've done work with AME for twenty years," he said.
"Because they were short of staff, we've taken on two more lines for them.
"It's helped, because we're closed elsewhere, it's given the opportunity for those guys to pick up work elsewhere within Pinnacle."
Mr Driscoll noted that Pinnacle have recently completed an extension on their commercial laundry, which services motels and hotels across the region.
Pinnacle services the needs of people with disabilities across the Grampians region, offering care, development and training.

"We're always busy, and we'll continue doing that extra work. We'll end up looking for more," he said.
"There's always people looking for this sort of work."
AME Systems Managing Director Nick Carthew said the support shown by Pinnacle is just the continuation of a great working relationship.
"Pinnacle has been servicing AME Systems for over 30 years taking on many jobs for us including tube cutting, braid cutting and material support," Mr Carthew said.
"We are proud to be involved with the Pinnacle and have enjoyed watching them step up and help us out when we need it most."
The additional assistance means that AME can now focus more on customers, Mr Carthew said.
"Pinnacle providing a few extra lines takes some of the pressure from AME," he said.
"We hope to continue our relationship with Pinnacle into the future for many more years. AME Systems has been a community focussed business for many years."
