In Ararat, the Gorrinn House Hostel leads the way with 90 per cent to 100 per cent of staff with vaccinated with at least one dose.
The other East Grampians Heath Services, 70 Lowe Street, is in second place with 80 per cent to 89 per cent of staff vaccinated with at least one dose.
The Garden View Court Hostel is also above the western Victorian average, with 80 per cent to 89 per cent of staff with at least one dose.
Early in 2021 as part of the federal government's COVID-19 vaccine rollout, people classified as quarantine and border workers, front-line health care workers in priority sub-groups, aged and disability care and workers, aged and disability care residents were placed as a priority for Phase 1a.
Across the greater Grampians region, which stretches from west of Ballarat to the Victorian-South Australian border, there are 32 aged care residential facilities.

The average percentage of residential aged care staff who have received at least one COVID-19 vaccination dose in the region is 70 per cent to 79 per cent.
In the Northern Grampians region the MacPherson House has 90 per cent to 100 per cent of staff with at least one dose, while Eventide Homes has just 40 per cent to 49 per cent of staff with at least one dose.
Eventide Homes chief executive Gary Simpson said the home had organised for staff to receive their second dose of the Pzifer vaccine in September.
"Eventide Homes has been taking steps to have all its work place vaccinated," he said.
"With many staff and residents already vaccinated, our program to reach all staff and residents includes an on-site clinic for the Pfizer vaccine on Friday August 27, with a follow-up clinic for the second dose in mid-September.
"We will be rostering extra staff on duty for the duration of the on-site clinics, so that continuity of care is assured for our residents.

"For our people unable to attend our on-site clinics due to rostering arrangements or other reasons, Eventide Homes will assist our people to attend Stawell Regional Health to receive their vaccinations."
In Horsham, the Sunnyside Lutheran Retirement Village has the lowest staff vaccination rates with just 50 per cent to 59 per cent of staff with at least one dose.
At the Kurrajong Lodge facility and at the Wimmera Nursing Home, 70 per cent to 79 per cent of staff have received at least one dose, as of August 17.
The Sunnyside Lutheran Retirement Village has been contacted by Australian Community Media for comment.
