Landmark Harcourts director and franchise holder Greg Kerr has been named ‘Ararat Agent of the Year’ by online real estate feedback service ‘RateMyAgent’.

The website functions like hospitality and accommodation review services such as TripAdvisor or Yelp.
Rate My Agent describes its awards as largest real estate awards in Australia, which recognise those agents and agencies that have ranked the highest based on customer reviews and feedback.
“It’s terrific to get the feedback from both buyers and sellers, vendors and purchasers, and its basically independent of us as agents,” Mr Kerr said.
“We don’t drive the awards, it’s up to the buyers and sellers to rate us if they’re happy with the service.
“I happened to win it this year as the agent so I was tickled pink about that.”
The RateMyAgent Agent of the Year Awards compares over 32,000 real estate firms, determining winners in each suburb, city and state.
Mr Kerr said Ararat’s market was “booming” at the moment.
