“On Saturday 10 February 2018 at approximately 1.45pm at the intersection of Vincent and Barkly Streets, Ararat there was a hoon driving incident,” an Ararat police statement said.
“The vehicle was a Black VT Commodore bearing no registration plates and had considerable damage to the front end.”
