Tournament co-ordinator Lynley Clyne said the number of entries was high.
“We had probably about 60 players all up, we were really pleased,” she said.
“Some people had come from Ararat and Stawell and Dimboola, all around the place.
“It was a really good day, it went really smoothly.”
In the singles girls competition, Eliza Hobbs won the 10 and under, Marly Pymer won the 12 and under while Emily Polack took out the 14 and under competition.
For the boys singles, Archie Sudholz claimed the 10 and under competition, Tyler Pidgeon the 12 and under, Edmund Bush the 14 and under and Jacob Holm won the 15 and over open competition.
Clyne said it was great to see a junior tournament being played again at Warracknabeal.
“We haven’t had a points tournament at Warracknabeal for about four years so it was really good to see the kids playing,” she said.
