Ararat Carey Street Kindergarten will hold its 2017 Springtime Fair on Friday

The Springtime Fair will have free admission.

There will be a range of market stalls and children's activities along with entertainment from the Ararat City Development Band, Ararat West Skipping Troupe, Ararat 800 Circus and Preps and St. Marys Choir.

There will also be fairy floss, barbecue, show bags and a cake stall and a visit from the Golden Gateway King and Queen.

Carey Street director Kara Bartlett said the fair would be a fun day for the kindergarten community and the wider community as well.

“It’s free admission but with a gold coin donation to go in the draw for the lucky door prize,” she said.

“The fair is to raise money for a heater for the students.

“There will be lots of craft activities for the children.

“The Springtime Fair is a fun event for all with lots of food, entertainment, prize raffles and gift stalls.”
