The pair scored 79-13 7/8 – 65 1/8 to finish ahead of Ruth Gellert and Heather Fleming who finished in second place with 89-19 4/8-69 4/8.
Philip was near unstoppable on the fairway, as she picked up the nearest the pin awards on the second, sixth, eighth and 18th holes.
Teresa Gemmola ruined the clean sweep after she picked up the award on the 16th.
The cancer fundraising event had 48 players from around the district including Barwon Heads and Hamilton compete on the course while raising funds for cancer research.
Players dressed in pink, with raffles also won the $1200 proceeds raised from the day set to be donated to the Ballarat Cancer Research Centre.
The ladies club will return to hosting its usual events next week with stableford events on Monday and Wednesday.
