A fire near Armstrong was started after a mulcher hit a rock on Wednesday afternoon.
The fire at an old Seppelt vineyard burnt seven hectares of property.
Country Fire Authority crews had to negotiate the vineyard while fighting the blaze, which was brought under control at 6pm.

Eleven crews attended the fire on Jonathan Gully Road.

Stawell Fire Brigade crews have responded to a grass fire on Jonathan Gully Road near Armstrong.
Firefighters responded to the blaze at 12.50pm on the road between Armstrong and Great Western.
The Emergency Victoria website said there is currently no threat to communities, but residents should continue to stay informed and monitor conditions.
