Tim Shea will coach the under-14 team and Matthew Summers will take the reins of the under-17 squad.
Shea coached the Mounties in 2016 and he said that he will focus on the basics of football.
“I taught Auskick for five years,” he said.
“There is a really good bunch of kids here and I am really keen to develop them and see where they can go with their football.
“I am a big believer in teaching the skills.
“Winning is just a bonus at the end of the game.”
Shea said the under-14 team will have a few light runs before Christmas.
“November 29, December 6 and 13 at 4.30pm just to get to know them,” he said.
Summers said he will embrace the opportunity to share his knowledge.
“I will focus on encouraging the top age kids to have a go at senior and reserves football,” he said.
“And showing the underagers the difference in skill level that is required between the under-14 and under-17 competition.
“I have been watching the juniors develop and see them play high standard football and grow as young men over the years.
My main focus is to make sure they are enjoying themselves and working together as a team.”
