It will also undertake bridge strengthening projects and guardrail renewal.
Council voted to bring forward several projects from its 2016-17 works program, following an increase in the Shire's Roads to Recovery funding by more than $3 million over the next two years.
The funding increase is a result of the Federal Government's decision to re-introduce the indexation of fuel excise to inflation.
Roads which have previously benefited from Roads to Recovery Funding include other sections of the Raglan-Elmhurst Road, Mt William Road and Eurambeen-Streatham Road.
Pyrenees Shire Council is now expected to receive more than $9 million in Roads to Recovery funding between 2014/15 and 2018/19.
