The pair finished with a score of 737/8 on a handicap of 131/8 with a stroke of 87.
Sandra Brady and Ceal Gubbins were runner up with their final round 76, on a handicap of 21, with a stroke of 97.
Gellert hit nearest the pin on the 6th hole, while her partner in victory (Graham) was nearest on the 16th and Marg Peoples was closest on the 18th.
Two days earlier Barb Panther defeated 17 opponents to claim Monday's stableford.
Panther finished with 19 points ahead of Brady, who was runner up for what would be the first of two times that week.
Joyce Shearer collected nearest the pin on the sixth hole.
At the weekend Marg Brehaut dominated the Saturday stableford with 38 points.
Chris Dohnt was the next best at 31 points. Shearer landed nearest the pin on the sixth hole.
Tomorrow a ladies' stableford event will he held at the Chalambar Golf Club commencing at 10am.
