The event, held over two days, saw the Ararat and District Cycling Club member progress through to all eight finals on offer after strong performances in the qualifying stages.
Culling's best result in a final came in the JW17 Keirin event where she finished on the podium in third place, following victory in her heat.
She progressed through to the final of the JW17 Venue Blaster (eight laps) with a top four finish, before eventually placing seventh out of a field of 12 in the main event.
Only the top two places made it through to the final of the JW17 Derby and Culling again stood up in her heat to progress to the next stage and was sixth overall.
In other results, Culling just missed out on a podium finish in the 16-laps JW17 Points Race final, scoring fourth, while in the 20-lap Points Race final she was seventh.
Culling rode for the Vic Country Black team, which was managed by father Harold, and also included riders from Echuca, Leongatha, Shepparton, Bendigo and Ballarat.
The Victorian team was very successful overall, with a number of finals' appearances.
Harold Culling will manage the team again next season.
