The year eight student recently received a prestigious Local Sporting Champions Grant, presented to her by Federal Member for Wannon Dan Tehan, who was accompanied by Liberal candidate for Ripon Louise Staley.
Mr Tehan said the Local Sporting Champions Grant was in recognition of Culling's achievements and dedication to the sport of cycling.
It comes on the back of an announcement that Culling has been selected in the Victorian team to compete at the National Track Championships in February.
Culling proved she is just as strong on the road as she is in the velodrome during the Victorian Junior State Road Cycling Championship in Toowoomba in September where she collected a silver medal in the Women's Under-15 10-kilometre time trial.
Most recently Culling has continued her dominant form on the track by adding a bronze medal to her growing trophy cabinet at the Cycling Australia Junior Track National Championships in Sydney earlier this month.
Culling's third place finish came in the final of the Junior Women Under-15 2000-Metre Individual Pursuit Bronze Medal at Dunc Gray Velodrome.
It was an all-Victorian podium, with Culling's team mates Georgia Cummings and Alana Field taking out gold and silver respectively.
When asked what her training regime is, the Ararat and District Cycling Club member modestly declined to comment.
"A man told me a while ago not to tell anyone how I train," Culling said.
She did admit to training two hours each day, seven days a week and that weight and strength training are components for her successful fitness regime.
