Wednesday night's episode saw the aftermath of elimination and with only nine contestants remaining, it was time for the trainers to pick the three contestants each will train until finale.
The first training session of the week came in the form of a tug-of-war, with all three teams getting down and dirty, leaving one team standing as victor and even trainer Shannon getting a face full of dirt.
Right when the contestants were looking their most muddy, nine tuxedo wearing men arrived bearing a gift box for each contestant.
Sharon Basset's excitement was infectious and she had the honour of opening the first gift box which revealed a mirror and formal invitation to a makeover.
Trainers Michelle, Shannon and The Commando revealed that they would spend a day in hair and make-up and be styled to walk the catwalk.
The next day the contestants woke to find the lounge room had been transformed into a giant styling suite.
Celebrity stylist Henry Roth and a team of hair and makeup artists got straight to work helping each contestant transform themselves.
With no mirrors, the contestants received hair styling make overs, glamorous make up, expert outfit styling from Henry Roth, manicures and amusingly even Rodger Turner and Kerry Stockwell seemed to enjoy their facial and glass of champagne!
Sharon was shown a mirror after her hair and make up makeover and tearfully said she finally felt 'pretty', while Caitlin loved her new 'do' and Kerry even submitted to having his beard shaved off after losing a $5000 bet with Henry Roth, who contributed a cheque to the Ararat kitty.
Unbeknownst to the contestants, their family and friends were flown by private jet to The Biggest Loser house to witness their make overs and emotion was high in the room as Sharon, Kerry, Toni Stockwell and Kevin Moore made their appearance on the catwalk.
The episode finished with a cliffhanger when Kevin got down on one knee and proposed to his girlfriend - will she say yes?
Tune into tonight's makeover part two to see the emotion charged response and the catwalk presentation of the remaining contestants.
