After the restrictions swim programs faced in 2021, the Centre's swimming instructors are thrilled for the return of the swim program, offering more Little Wonders swim classes than ever before.
Ararat Rural City Council deputy chief executive, Ms Julie Cronin emphasised the importance making swimming lessons a family priority to make up for lost time during the pandemic.

"Sadly, drowning deaths among children are on the rise in Australia, making it so important to get young ones back on track with their swimming lessons despite the pandemic," she said.
"Our passionate team of AUSTSWIM-qualified instructors are ready to help the youngest in our community learn vital skills and gain their confidence in the water.
"With added Infant Swim classes from Monday to Friday, we're encouraging residents to introduce kids from six months and up to water safety education as early as possible.
"The Fitness Centre's swim program for children is based on the Royal Life Saving Swim and Survive curriculum, offering flexibility and opportunities to increase the learning outcomes and overall experience for infants and children."
