The awards night was held at Ararat's Town Hall on November 25.
The awards recognised achievements and excellence in business within the municipality.
Ararat Ballarat Real Estate's Aidan Moar won the Young Person of the Year award.
"It is a huge honour in itself, and something I am very proud of," he said.
"I am very passionate about my career, working to achieve the best results for my clients and most of all our community, in which last night was just a glimpse of what this amazing area has to offer.
"I am so excited to see what the future has in store."

Ararat Dance Centre won the COVID Resilience Award.
Centre director Karly Harris said it was "amazing" to get the recognition for her hard work over the past two years.
"(It is) a great achievement with so many local businesses in Ararat," she said.
"(I am) very proud of what has been achieved over the past two years especially with so many disruptions and lockdowns."

Ararat's AME Systems won the Business of the Year award alongside Pomonal Estate.
Managing Director of AME Systems Nick Carthew said it is a "badge of honour" to be recognised by the community.
"To be recognised by our local government, council and businesses is hugely important," he said.
"We have been really fortunate to be recognised globally by major OE manufacturers in recent times.
"We also just won the Australian top 100 businesses award, which is a really important award for our business."
