As regional Victoria opened its 'doors' across the weekend, there have been cases recorded in western Victoria.
Across the following weeks, many people could become tangled in the quarantine process from visiting an exposure site.
One worker, from East Grampians Health Service, was notified yesterday they had attended a tier-one site.
"They immediately underwent a rapid COVID test, which was negative, and went home to isolate for 14 days," a spokesperson said.
"EGHS was not locked down."
Commenting on regional Victoria's reopening, Dr Harrison said Ararat was ready to welcome back visitors as Council ramps up its cleaning program for public spaces.
