2017, when our boys went down there to play Under 14 footy.
Q. In what capacity have you been involved in the club?
I spent a bit of time being the runner for the Under 14 team, was president in 2019, and am secretary/treasurer currently.

Q. What do you love most about the club that you volunteer for?
Probably the growth of junior sports people. Seeing the footballers and netballers there taking that next step and going from playing little kids sport to playing open age stuff.
Q. What is your number one highlight in your time supporting/volunteering?
Again, it's probably watching those junior footballers go into open grades and seeing their development from kids that turn up and hardly speak to playing senior open age sport.
OTHER NEWS:
Q. Are there any examples of this that stand out to you?
Probably Ethan Summers, the likes of Max Allgood who has just started playing footy this year. The group of top age Under 17 players this year that have given up playing Under 17 football to play senior football. Watching that group of kids has been quite a highlight.
Q. Who is the player from your club you've most enjoyed watching?
Over the course of my time with the club, there would be three and they would be Tom Mills, Jake Williamson, and Dan Mendes. That is apart from, of course, watching my own kids play.
