A total 15 cases remain active in the state.
Victoria's chief health officer Brett Sutton said week fragments had been detected in wastewater samples from February 22.
Suburbs in the catchment area include Taylors Hill, Plumpton, Hillside, Sydenham, Delahey, Caroline Springs, Burnside Heights, Kings Park, Albanvale, Burnside and Deer Park.
A total 7440 test results were received in the 24 hours to midnight.
