Victoria has seen one new COVID-19 case in hotel quarantine in the past 24 hours and none in the community.
It means the state has extended its streak of days without a locally-acquired coronavirus case to 18.
The latest Department of Health and Human Services data shows 30 active cases in the state.
Yesterday, 11,912 people received test results.
On Friday, prime minister Scott Morrison said he could consider raising the international arrivals cap next week after a national cabinet meeting of chief ministers and premiers held the current cap in place.
"I will review the arrangements as they relate to the passenger caps coming to airports we've made no changes there," Mr Morrison said.
"Those arrangements go back to the earliest sittings on the 15th of February, but there is the opportunity for me to engage with individual states and territories on a bilateral basis."
