Tatyoon finished fourth in the Mininera and District Football League in 2019 and will be hoping new recruits Zac Tunbridge and Ben Clay will help them take the next step.
Tunbridge previously coached Royal Park and was assistant coach at Learmonth.
He said he was eager to solely focus on his playing.

"I've coached for the last three and half years, so I wouldn't mind just having a spell from that."
Tunbridge said he had been considering joining Tatyoon for some time.
"One of the guys who plays out there is actually my tattooist," he said.
"I was chatting to him one day and he said 'you should come and talk to the club.'"
"I did a few years ago and nothing really eventuated, and now it has.
"The last few times I've spoken to them I was pretty interested, but I wasn't ready to leave the club I was playing at."
Tunbridge said he got a chance to play for Tatyoon in 2019 and was further convinced to join.
"I played a game there last season when we had a bye," he said.
"So, I met a few of the boys then, and there's a few from my previous club in Maryborough that are there at the moment.

"They seemed like they were going to be a pretty handy side this year and I wanted to be a part of that."
Tatyoon Football Club senior coach Jarrod Blandford said he was confident Tunbridge would be a good addition to the club.
"Zac's a big unit and a good intercept marking player, he'll probably fit into our backline pretty well."
Tatyoon also recruited one of Tunbridge's former Royal Park teammates, Ben Clay.
Clay spent seven years in Royal Park's senior team where he became a prolific goal-scorer.
Clay said he COVID-19 had changed his mind on where he wanted to play.
"I was going to go to Lake Bolac last year, but with COVID we didn't play."
However, Clay said he is now looking forward to a strong season with Tatyoon.
"They have a good group of blokes to play footy with," he said.
"Hopefully we'll be a top four a side and be pretty competitive."
